You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, transmit, or otherwise exploit any content from the v555 platform without prior written consent from v555 or the applicable rights holder.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude v555's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
